FAQ

Question Do you have a Statement of Faith that we must agree to?

Answer Yes and here it is... You must believe and teach that Jesus is the Only Way for Salvation - and that the Bible is the Word of God.

Question My church believes Doctrine XYZ but not Doctrine ABC can we still broadcast with your service?

Answer Yes... if you agree with our basic statement of faith that Jesus is the Only Way for salvation - and that the Bible is the Word of God.
Doctrine issues tend to divide the body of Christ and not unite it. However the Gospel of what we are to teach and preach is by far the most important point of all... that Jesus is the only way of Salvation.

Question Why is your statement of faith so simple? We wish you guys would be bold enough to force people to believe Doctrine XYZ because we think that is very important!

Answer We believe that the Gospel Message is simple and the teaching from one church to another on doctrine can vary so wildly - we are here to encourage any and every church that spreads the Gospel - and enable them to reach the world in new and exciting ways. There is a privately funded streaming company we just heard about that enforces such strict rules and regulations we are not sure any bible believing church would be allowed to use them at all. In fact below is a clip from their website just as a matter of pointing out what we are avoiding doing because we see some doctrines as dividing points in the body and not something that encourages others to salvation or a relationship with Christ.

Question We want to stream more than one stream at the same time is this possible?

Answer It sure is possible - some churches have a youth service at the same time as the main church service. We can do that for you. If you need more than one streaming box and camera the initial fee will be the same - the additional speed you need will determine the costs for the second stream. Contact us and we can help!

Question Why should I use KingdomStream.TV when there are other streaming services out there in the world?

Answer

  • At this present time we are the cheapest that we have heard of for the product and service that we offer.
  • We are Kingdom Stream by name for a reason. We want to help others in the world that want this for their church but cannot afford it - to stream anyway - by using our service for your church - you are taking part in a unique mission work in other countries and helping other churches!
  • We use the best technology and it is user friendly from your side of things to the viewers side of things.
  • We will continue to improve products and value all the time and you will have the ability to take advantage of those additional options when they happen... some amazing things are in the works that we will be giving away for free to our users... (stay tuned)
  • No adverts - ever... not even a logo on your site from us. We only ask churches that we stream for free to brand their page.
  • Your church will be able to stream on the internet even if you don't have a website...
  • We are dedicated to YOU - other non Christian services tend to shut down other streams during big events because they don't care about their users. Our servers can take an amazing amount of traffic. If you read the fine print on some services they only give you about 10 to 50 viewers - more than that get a virtual busy signal.
  • We work on a CDN that is world-wide not located in one country but 33 servers at multiple countries around the globe!
  • From the top to the bottom our system is Christian - and not profit driven.

Question No, Seriously. Why should we use your product over something that might be cheaper else where?

Answer Well the primary reason is this. At the moment besides a Fair Usage Policy - we are not setting limits on how many people can watch your broadcasts, download your files, or access your site. And Yes other companies do set limits. Do you want to pay extra fees and fines because one more person that you expected clicked on to watch your broadcast? No that is silly. If you have 500 people that regularly watch your services or 5000 or 50,000 they all get the same great quality, and you don't pay anything more than the basic monthly fee. Seriously!

Our servers are high end - top of the line and terrabytes of bandwidth available at a moments notice.
Stream the speed and size you want - when you want - to as many people as you want. This applies to your Live and Archived Media the same!
One MAJOR Christian streaming company sells a smaller than standard video size media window and they charge more than us and use a terrible technology that is not compatible with Apple and Linux Systems... viewers see this anoying thing instead.

The our technology is in every computer in the world already. So your viewers see your service - not an error message.

Question What size windows can we stream? Can we make it widescreen format in the broadcast and the player? Is there an option to make video play Full Screen on a computer?

AnswerSome Companies force you to use smaller than standard size without a full screen option. You can stream ANY size window that you want and full screen is not a problem! See the examples below. You can set the aspect ratio in the Kingdom Stream Broadcast Software and the player.

Internet Streaming Video standard is 320x240 pixels
320
WideScreen player resolution at 512x288512
Resolution and Aspect Ratio Settings in the KingdomStream.TV Broadcasting Software.

Question We have our own camera and computers and so forth - can we use them?

Answer We have costs upfront for every church and ministry we put on our platform. Believe it or not - we built the costs into the same package deal that we give you the equipment - Camera - Broadcast Box and so forth and give you the first month streaming free. The initial costs are the same with or without using our equipment. Our package deal for your church is designed as well to give us and you peace of mind about the quality of equipment and the software that is being used. We can help you in technical issues a lot easier if you are using the same equipment we gave you. So even if you have your own gear... we would still encourage you to use what we provide to ensure that nothing gets modified accidentally.

Question How hard is it to stream with your system?

Answer We connect everything up - When YOU turn it all on - and Click a single button to start Streaming. When your done - click a single button to stop.

Question Can you come and set everything up for us? Can we get help with other technical things in the church like projectors and lighting and so forth?

Answer Yes on all counts. However anything that is outside the standard streaming account setup and equipment assembly would require additional consultants. We have some amazing Christian - Sound Video and Lighting techies - and we can put them in touch with you. Please keep in mind that they are consultants and any work they do for you will be outside your normal contract. Contact us to discuss this on the phone.

Question We have a Live Event we want to put on the net... can you help us?

Answer Of course! Keep in mind that KS only stream Christian events. Conferences, Concerts, Youth Events, Preaching and Teaching all qualify so long as its Christian.

Question Can we stream anything and everything from our stream? What if I want to show our local school play on the internet or a town football game?

Answer Well to be honest no - we are going to put every stream on our network that is not a private meeting or conference on a page on our site to allow you additional exposure. We don't plan on watching every single stream on our network personally - but we do hope that every stream will be constantly promoting the Gospel to some degree or another. We would rather you contact us and talk this over before you do anything outside of the contract. As part of the Terms of Service on our platform we do have a mention of Acceptable Usage Policy - This covers several issues such as this one. If we see something out of the norm - you run the risk that we might temporarily turn off your stream until we can sort out what happened for security reasons.
For example if we see a football game and not the inside of your lovely church - we might think that something happened to your equipment and someone is using it for the wrong purpose. We feel this is perfectly understandable.

Question We have a Concert that we need to stream but there is no internet connection located there - can you help?

Answer Contact us for any special events outside of your church that may need custom solutions to. We can broadcast for you nearly anywhere in the world... but we are not an ISP - contact us and we can find out the best options for you and discuss it.

Question There are a lot of Questions on your FAQ. Did someone really ask all of these questions?

Answer Yes, Except this last one.
