In the digital age we live in it is important that your church and your ministry make some efforts to make itself relevant to the new generation modern media.
19For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.
20And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;
21To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.
22To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
23And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.
Paul talks in this passage about sharing the Gospel - in an effort to win the lost - that he makes every effort to share to others on the level of where they are at.
In modern day ministry it should be the same. Take the technology of the hour, transform it, make it work for you and share the Gospel with it.
Meet the modern generation and make your teaching and preaching accessible in every possible way - and use it to take them to Jesus.
Any church or ministry has this opportunity to make this step - it is a difficult one to make alone if you have no experience in multimedia internet technologies.
Let us help you. We can make it simple and accessible for you to present the Gospel to your locality, nation or internationally in a new and interesting way. You are not compromising the Word by doing this, you are making it instantly interesting and accessible to those that may not look at it otherwise.
We are in a competitive world today. The hearts, minds and souls of the world are constantly bombarded from all sides in all ways from the secular environment. If the world can use technology for shouting its message at the people of today, then how much more so should those of us with the Gospel of Jesus?
It is not a case of us following the example of the world. It is about us not looking obsolete or dated to a generation of people that is being told God is not real.
Multimedia is the way forward for any church or ministry to present the Gospel they already teach in a format that people look for today.
Several years ago cassette tapes were the new thing. It was a task for organizations to see the potential to invest in the raw materials and the duplication machines, recording equipment and so on... Today we know that a single cassette tape from a ministry on one side of the world to pass through many hands and reach people in places we never thought possible.
This is an example of two things.
In the right format the Gospel will travel and be heard in more ways by more people than we can even comprehend.
A single cassette tape can only reach one person at a time...and will eventually wear out. But a file on the internet can be downloaded and copied without loss of quality and can be viewed by potential billions of people around the world.
It is part of the publishing of the Gospel. Don't get stuck in old thinking.
Today the print media publications of major news outlets around the world are facing becoming obsolete. The New York Times, Wall Street Journal and many others have come to the point that they MUST go online and become digital or they will have to shut down because they cannot sell enough papers anymore to justify continuing. Books and even music producers have been forced to do the same. To stay accessible and relevant to today's world... they MUST go online, multimedia and lively.
Mark 16:15 - Go Ye into all the world and preach...
The Word preach in the Greek is - κηρυξατε - kerusso kay-roos'-so: to herald (as a public crier), especially divine truth (the gospel) -- preacher(-er), proclaim, publish.
Part of preaching is publishing. Think of the internet as one big tract in the hands of the entire world. If you could put a leaflet or a tract in the hands of every person in the world - and it was up to them to read it or dismiss it based on its look, feel, and creativity... would you not want it to be the best it could be?
A website is just like that. You can put video, sound, motion, photos, graphics and testimonies in the hands of everyone that has access to the web. Your teachings can be seen and heard around the world.
Take this moment and think about how many people you could impact with the Gospel. If that strikes a cord in your heart and you do desire to see this happen, contact us. Let us help you. We have 20 years of experience in multimedia and internet technologies. Together we will make an impact for your ministry.
